Cushion Cafe does not accept returns of custom made products, if cushions are made with dimensions and materials customer has selected, we can’t process a return because we can’t resell custom made product. If product manufactured incorrectly, Cushion Cafe will manufacture correct product upon receiving incorrect one. Shipping cost is covered by Cushion Cafe.

Cushion Cafe is not responsible for reworking custom placed order if customer submitted incorrect information: size, fabric type, and style etc..

Cushion Cafe does not return templates mailed to us, it becomes property of our company.

If customer has questions on manufactured product, he/she MUST address them within 30 calendar days.

Patterns are held in our office for 30 days only.

Cushion Cafe does not replace custom made products if customer doesn’t like how it feels and looks – fabric or thickness of a product. We encourage you to order fabric and foam samples to ensure you want to finalize an order.
